These terms govern your use of Apegio ("Apegio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, don't use the service.

What Apegio is

Apegio is an AI-powered decision aid for sports bettors. It analyzes fixtures and slips (primarily from Betway) and gives you recommendations on which bets look statistically stronger. Apegio does not place bets on your behalf and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Betway or any bookmaker.

No guarantee of winnings

Apegio's output is an opinion generated by AI, not financial advice, and not a prediction of the future. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You may lose money following our recommendations. You are solely responsible for every bet you place.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally allowed to place bets where you live. Do not use Apegio in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal.

Accounts and verification

Accounts are manually verified by our team. You agree to provide truthful signup details (email, phone) and to keep them current. We may suspend or delete accounts that we believe are fraudulent, duplicated, or being abused.

Credits and payments

Access is paid in credits. Credit bundles are purchased via mobile money (Orange Money / MyZaka in Botswana) or arranged via WhatsApp for users outside Botswana. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain on your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't abuse the AI (spam, prompt injection, illegal requests).
• Don't share your account credentials.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apegio is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) resulting from your use of the service, including losses from bets placed based on our recommendations. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the email you registered with.
